Here we have a very nice apartment available for you, equipped with luxury and comfort, a great place for your summer- and winter holiday. Casa Albir is a beautifully decorated apartment suitable for up to two people and is located on the second floor. There is a luxury elevator that takes you up to the apartment. Included in the rentingprice is 1 car place in the garage. Otherwise enough parking posibilities outside the building.
In the sunny living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan, you will find a seating area and a dining area. There is a TV with international channels and of course wireless internet (WIFI). From the living room you have access to a spacious and sunny terrace with awning. The luxurious, open kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, oven and electric stove with 4 burners. There is also a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, electric juicer (no dishwasher) and microwave. There is also a separate room next to the kitchen where the washing machine and water heater are located.
The bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fan, a large double bed (180x200) and an additional TV. When you wake up, you go out onto the terrace! The luxurious bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The beautiful (well-maintained) communal pool is freely accessible to all residents.

-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
