The house with all rooms on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with open kitchen. Salt water swimming pool, 2 sun terraces, hot tub/jacuzzi and barbecue.
The incredibly beautiful and calming outdoor area is perfect for those who want to relax, recharge their batteries, enjoy the spa feeling in the jacuzzi or by taking a walk in the magnificent garden.
The living room is large and has a TV with international channels and streaming. The spacious open kitchen with all necessary equipment gives you every opportunity to prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with good beds. Master bedroom 180x200cm. Guest room 2-person sofa bed 135x200cm. Spacious bathrooms with shower.
Rental prices per week
2026-2027:
Low season 1 January - 15 June: €1645 (€235 per day)
High season 16 June - 31 September: €2415 (€345 per day)
Low season 1 October - 31 December: €1645 (€235 per day)
High season only from Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 nights
Winter rental
Possibility from the end of 2026 for winter rental.

-The rent includes bed linen, towels, water and wifi.
Additional costs:
-Final cleaning €150
-Electricity consumption €0.50 per kWh, based on consumption and daily price
-Deposit €450
-Late arrivals after 8:00 PM are strongly discouraged. If necessary, a surcharge of €25 will be charged, payable locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
