CASA DE VACACIONES is located in a quiet area of Orihuela Costa, 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja. There are tourists all year round, which gives the area a cozy atmosphere. Here you will find everything you could want nearby: 3 great golf courses, mini golf, go-karting, paddle tennis, bowling, shopping center with 180 outdoor stores, many good restaurants, sports bars, beautiful beaches, bike rental, supermarkets, bakery, etc.
The apartment is located in a fenced area with a communal swimming pool and opportunities for various activities such as table tennis, handball/football/basketball and a playground.
After a few steps you will arrive at the apartment.
It has two floors with a balcony and a private roof terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a beautiful bathroom on each floor, 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the top floor.
Bedroom 1: ceiling fan, pull-out bed 90x2mtr can be changed to 180 x 2 mtr
Bedroom 2: airco, double bed 1.60 x 2mtr
Bedroom 3: air conditioning, double bed 1.60 x 2mtr and modern bathroom
The kitchen is well equipped with a combi oven (oven and microwave), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. There is also a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher.
The cozy living room has seating on the sofa or at the comfortable bar stools. Just outside the living room is a balcony with a table and seating for a delicious breakfast or other meals. Free wifi in the apartment and TV for streaming.
There is air conditioning in the living room, the master bedroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The small bedroom has a ceiling fan. If you have a car (which is recommended), it can be safely parked on the property right at the entrance to the apartment.
From the bedroom on the top floor there is access to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy your coffee or barbecue in the evening if you wish. The washing machine is on the roof terrace.
Right outside the gate of the apartment complex are 4-5 restaurants offering all meals year round. Large market approx. 300 meters from the apartment, every Saturday 07:00-14:00.
Space for up to 6 people, but we recommend a maximum of 4 people when renting for several weeks.

January - March 15: €760 per 2 weeks / €1100 per month

Winter rental (November 1 to March 15) energy deposit €100 per month for more than 1 month's rental.
Further information
-The rent includes bed linen, towels, water and wifi.
Additional costs:
-Final cleaning €70 in cash upon arrival.
-Electricity consumption € 0.42 per kWh, based on consumption and daily price
-Deposit €300
-Late arrival after 8:00 PM is possible. If necessary, a small surcharge will be charged locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.
-We do not recommend more than 4 guests for stays over several weeks.
Pets : only ALLERGIC DOGS allowed by arrangement with the owner for a small fee
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Final payment of the balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If you cancel AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
-We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place
