This wonderful newly renovated apartment is located a short distance from the golf course "DON CAYO", and is a wonderful retreat for two people. With an eye for detail, the Dutch owner has transformed the apartment into a true paradise, within walking distance of local restaurants. Start your day from the large garden with a 9-hole game of golf at an acceptable price!
The apartment is on the first floor and is 65m2 with everything on the same level. It has a spacious terrace of 45 m2, which is a perfect setting to enjoy the wonderful view and relax. In the hot summer months, you can make use of the air conditioning in the living room, which also functions as heating in the winter. The TV has a wide selection of channels, and of course there is free Wi-Fi. There are good quality sleeping mats for the sunbeds by the pool which are free to use.
The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has air conditioning, two comfortable beds and a luxurious en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Washing machine and dryer are also available.
Please note that the apartment is reached via 28 steps from the car park. The apartment is therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility or poor mobility.
Minimum rental agreement is 4 days.
