CASA GILOU:
Discover your ultimate holiday destination in this beautiful villa, Casa Gilou in Alfaz del Pi. The villa is located in a quiet green area ideal for a carefree and relaxing holiday with many amenities, such as a private pool with slide and an outdoor shower. A barbecue house with fridge where you can also eat outside, separate laundry room, private tennis court, private playground for the children. Several spacious terraces with both sun and shade and all day fantastic views of the beautifully landscaped garden with many fruit trees and mountain views. All this on a plot of 4000 m2 with total privacy. You can park in our own fenced property.
Casa Gilou consists of 2 accommodation units (each with its own entrance). We rent out the apartment on the upper floor (6 people) and OPTIONALLY the guesthouse for 2 people (studio). The apartment on the lower floor belongs to the owner (clearly separated) and is closed, as the owner is never present during the rental period.
The upstairs apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own standing floor fan.

STUDIO: The studio, suitable for up to 2 people, is located down by the tennis court and can be rented separately for an additional cost. The studio has air conditioning, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate sleeping area with 2 single beds 90x200.
THE SURROUNDINGS:
Distance to Albir beach by car is 10 minutes. To Altea 8 minutes by car and to Benidorm 15 minutes. There is a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife everywhere. The nearest supermarket is about 4 minutes away by car. If you have children with you, it is only a 15-minute drive and you will be at the largest theme park in Europe TERRA MITICA and 10 minutes to the dolphinarium MUNDOMAR and the water park AQUALANDIA.

Winter rental
The entire house is heated in winter with central heating (gas bottles) and with possible support from the air conditioning, which provides heat in the living room.

Further information
-The rent includes wifi, water and gas for normal consumption.
Additional costs:
- Deposit € 300 cash on arrival
-Electricity consumption € 0.4/kWh according to consumption
-Final cleaning main house €170.
-Final cleaning studio €100 (if used).
-Towels/bed linen €10 per person (2 sets pp). Pool towels must be brought by yourself.
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
