This beautiful luxury apartment near the center of Albir combines comfort and exclusivity. The apartment is equipped with modern facilities (renovated in 2024) and has private parking and a large communal swimming pool. If you are a little weak on your feet, there are many ramps that make it easy to get there. Here the owner has chosen a comfortable Ibiza style!! A few steps up to the apartment's main entrance.
Cozy balcony with seating area facing southwest, overlooking the valley, pool and terrace gardens. You can also enjoy the view from several benches in the shared terrace garden.
Spacious living and dining room with open kitchen, equipped with smart TV with European TV channels and apps for your own streaming services such as Netflix. Good Wifi coverage. Sofa bed allows for 2 extra guests but is not recommended for longer stays.
Open kitchen with 3-burner electric stove and extractor fan, fridge with freezer, combined microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Furthermore, the kitchen is very fully equipped.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (150x200) and two single beds (90x200), as well as wardrobes. Each room has its own air conditioning.
Own washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. Bathroom with luxurious shower cabin, washbasin with drawers and toilet.
The swimmingpool is closed during wintertime.

-The rent includes bed linen, towels, water and wifi.
Additional costs:
-Final cleaning €75.
-Electricity consumption € 0.35 per kWh, based on consumption and current daily price
-Deposit €300
-Late arrival after 8:00 PM is possible. If necessary, you will have to pay a small supplement, which is paid locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.
-We do not recommend more than 4 guests for stays over several weeks.
Pets : Not allowed
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
