The apartment is located in a modern building on the second floor and is easily accessible via a spacious elevator, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay. During the summer season, you have unlimited access to the beautiful communal swimming pool, where you can relax and cool off in a refreshing oasis. When it comes to entertainment, the apartment has international TV channels, so you can keep up with news and programs from your country. In addition, you have unlimited access to wireless internet, so you can easily stay in touch with your loved ones or surf the web at your leisure.
Both the living room and bedroom are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant indoor environment even on warmer days. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric hob, kettle and washing machine, so you have everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet. -30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
