CASA LUX PLAYA:

The apartment is located in a modern building on the second floor and is easily accessible via a spacious elevator, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay. Sunrise from the balcony on the east side. In winter, until around 13:00. Afternoon sun on the front from about 16:00. Otherwise, sun in the common area.

Within a short distance of approximately 200 metres you will find various amenities such as shops, the beach and a variety of restaurants. Albir's lively seafront promenade is also very close by, with many inviting terraces where you can relax and enjoy the local atmosphere.


During the summer season, you have unlimited access to the beautiful communal swimming pool, where you can relax and cool off in a refreshing oasis. When it comes to entertainment, the apartment has international TV channels, so you can keep up with news and programs from your country. In addition, you have unlimited access to wireless internet, so you can easily stay in touch with your loved ones or surf the web at your leisure.


Both the living room and bedroom are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant indoor environment even on warmer days. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric hob, kettle and washing machine, so you have everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet. The bathroom has a practical shower, and the apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful views, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Kingsize bed 180x200.

-Late arrivals after 8:00 PM are strongly discouraged. If necessary, a surcharge of €25 will be charged, payable locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.


Upon confirmed booking:

-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email

-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week

-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival

-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.

-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.

We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
