CASA NARU THE LUX:

This beautifully modernised 6-person apartment with a large terrace and great views and an outdoor kitchen is located in the heart of Albir. The cosy promenade and the beach of Albir are an 8-minute walk away. Near the apartment you will find many (good) restaurants, terraces and supermarkets.
The luxurious and comfortable 76m2 two-storey apartment has a bright living room with a large corner sofa (sofa bed) for relaxing, a round dining table with comfortable chairs and a luxurious large open-plan corner kitchen equipped with all amenities such as a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave and large fridge with freezer. There are two bedrooms equipped with box spring beds with adjoining bathrooms. The gated complex with courtyard garden has a large communal swimming pool where the sun shines all day.
-Not rented to young people under 24 years of age unless they are accompanied by a companion.
-Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
-No elevator in the apartment.

Winter rental
Ask us for a more detailed agreement on price and conditions for winter rentals.
-Winter guests must pay a monthly energy deposit of €75 for more than 1 month of rental.
Further information
-The rent includes water, WiFi and use of the communal pool and private sun loungers.
Additional costs:
-Final cleaning €120.
-Deposit/Energy deposit: €150. Deducted from actual consumption after the end of the stay. Overpayment will be refunded.
-Bed linen and towels: €20 per person
-From 5 people €16,50 per person per night supplement
-Late arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible. When necessary, a surcharge of €25 will be charged, payable locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
