CASA VIVALDI is a well maintained and modern first floor apartment in the centre of Albir, located right behind the main street. It is 100m2 and easily accessible via stairs or lift. South-east facing balcony with electrically operated sun blinds. All rooms have air conditioning. Communal pool at the rear of the apartment complex with separated deep and shallow area.
Large living room with 2 and 3 seat cornersofa which can be placed as wanted, dining table with 4 chairs, 65" TV with many international channels (UK-NO-NL-DE-FR-ES), sports, series and movies, free WIFI. Furthermore, there is a safe for storing your valuables.
Kitchen is well equipped with hob, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee maker. Separate small room with washing machine and dryer.
Both bedrooms have 2 large 1.8m wide beds with the possibility of storing things under the bed. Sliding door closets and air conditioning.
Both bathrooms have a sink and toilet, whereoff one has a shower cubicle and the other a rainshower.
There is enough parking nearby. No pets allowed. No smoking. 300m from the beach. Every Sunday big market in Albir.

-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
