VILLA BIRDIE has an excellent location with beautiful views and a private pool, and is located near the Puig Campana golf course, making it an ideal choice for golf lovers. Everything is brand new, including the house and the furniture. This beautiful property is the perfect destination for a holiday stay. The charming old village of Finestrat, with its pleasant terraces, small shops and restaurants, makes it even more attractive.
The living room has air conditioning and beautiful views, and you have access to Wi-Fi and international TV channels. Next to the living room is an air-conditioned side area, so you don't have to climb stairs, and here you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, while the other has two 90x200 single beds.
The pool measures 7x3.5 meters and varies in depth from 1.10 to 1.80 meters. Now also possible with a heated pool outside the high season for €12/day in electricity costs. It is possible to park inside the electric gate, and a car is recommended for convenient transportation. A few minutes drive away you will find a large Carrefour and Lidl supermarket as well as a golf course.
The cozy beach LA CALA / Finestrat with its many terraces is 7 km away. The large sandy beaches can be found in Villayoyosa. VILLA BIRDIE is an excellent starting point for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Cycling and hiking trails are only 400 meters from the house. In addition, Benidorm offers a large selection of tapas, and it is easy to have a culinary experience.

Please note that the favorable price is valid for a maximum of 30 consecutive days, excluding holiday periods. For additional days beyond 30 days, the regular weekly price applies.
When renting in wintertime for more then 30 days an energydeposit of €100 is required.

-Electricity consumption €0.45 per kWh, based on consumption and daily price.

-Possibility of heated pool outside high season €12 per day in electricity. The pump has to be turned on 1-2 days before arrival and must be continually ON during your stay. Please let us know beforehand as soon as possible if needed.

Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
