As a well-maintained house, villa Holiday is located in a quiet and safe residential area of the Holiday Club urbanization, in a cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. The proximity of a large Mas y Mas supermarket and a Mercadona just 5 minutes away adds to the convenience of your stay. Access to the villa is via an electric gate, ensuring privacy and security, and there is ample on-site parking. In the nearby town of La Nucia you will find a variety of shops and excellent sports facilities.
The highlight of VILLA HOLIDAY is the exclusive 8x4 swimming pool, surrounded by several terraces. With a comfortable seating area, a spacious dining table, barbecue facilities and an outdoor shower, these well-maintained facilities offer a luxurious experience by the pool. Attention to detail has also been paid indoors, and the entire house is equipped with air conditioning and radiators to ensure year-round comfort. The living room has a spacious seating area, dining area, Internet TV (IPTV) with many international TV channels and free Wi-Fi. From October 2023, solar panels have been installed!
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and the dining table with six comfortable chairs is an ideal setting for shared meals and gatherings.
On the first floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Has 2 single beds 200x90cm. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds 200x90cm.
VILLA HOLIDAY offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience and luxury, ensuring an unforgettable holiday experience. You will be welcomed by a multilingual Dutch manager, who will be your contact person for the rest of your stay.

-The rent includes water and wifi.
-The main tenant must be at least 25 years old. It is not possible to rent to young people.
-A cot and high chair can be arranged free of charge upon request.
Additional costs:
-Final cleaning €125 payable in cash upon arrival.
-Electricity consumption €0.38 per kWh, based on consumption and daily rate
-Deposit €450
-Gas €3.90 per m3 between 1/10 and 15/4.
-Free water consumption up to 12m3 per month. Additional consumption is charged at €3 per m3.
-Bed linen and towels €20 per person.
-Arrival on Sundays not possible.
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-25% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Final payment of the balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled 8 weeks before arrival, 25% of the rental amount is retained by the owner.
-If cancelled 6 weeks before arrival, 75% of the rental amount is retained by the owner.
-If cancelled within 4 weeks before arrival, 100% of the rental amount is retained by the owner.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
