Villa Mas Nou is a luxurious and comfortable detached house with a private pool located in a beautiful residential area of Branco Hondo on the Costa Blanca, approximately 7 km from Benidorm.

A spacious landscaped garden for a very pleasant outdoor area that offers 100% privacy. There is a garden set for 4 people, a lounge set for 4 people and 4 sun loungers with cushions. A large swimming pool (maintained every week) with safety steps to enjoy the water. You can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. A parasol and sun loungers are available to provide the necessary shade. If you want to enjoy the beach, no problem, it is only 7 kilometers away.

Living room:

The living room is equipped with all amenities such as a seating area, fireplace, dining area, WIFI fiber optics, TV, Ned. satellite etc.

Kitchen:

A fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, airfryer, oven, coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc. You can also just use cleaning products, spices and other products.

1st bedroom:

A spacious bedroom with air conditioning and its own wardrobe, with a 2-person box spring bed, with an en suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet and equipped with all further comforts and a shutter and mosquito net for the window.
