In the beautiful Alfaz del Pi you will find this private villa on the ground floor. Stylish interior with spacious living room and large open kitchen that contains everything you need for an effortless stay. Villa Mi Sueño, which is Spanish for "my dream" exudes tranquility and comfort. There is space for 2 cars in its own driveway. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, large TV, slow cooker, oven, Nespresso, Airfryer, kettle, toaster and milk frother. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The bedrooms each have a double bed 1.60x2.0m. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Outdoor area: Veranda with luxurious garden furniture and 6-person dining table. Grill eggs and lighting throughout and a view of our beautiful garden. Also in winter a wonderful stay. Around the house there are several seating areas so you can always sit in the sun! Behind the villa you will find the round pool with a diameter of 3.50 and a depth of 1.50 with outdoor sun shower. Located on a large terrace with sun loungers in our beautiful garden.
Pets: must be agreed with the owner before approval.

2025:
July 20 -September 13: €1155,-
Minimum rental period: 10 nights
Winter rental
2025 - 2026:
-Winter rental from November 10 - December 14: €1210 per month
-Winter rental from January 3 - February 28: €1210 per month
-Energy advance €100 per month.
Further information
-The rent includes water, TV and wifi.
Additional costs:
-Deposit €400,-
-Final cleaning €150,-
-Linen package per used bedroom €22. Contains complete bedlinnenset, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, floormat and a tea towel and hand towel.
-Electricity consumption based on consumption and current daily price.
-Gas consumption according to measured consumption.
Gas and electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit after your stay.
-Late arrival after 8:00 PM is possible. If necessary, you will have to pay a small supplement of €15,- which is paid locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within a few days
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
