VILLA ODIN:
Here you will find a perfect starting point for your holiday in the Costa Blanca north, both for short periods or long-term rentals. VILLA ODIN is located in the well-known area "Park Scandinavia" just outside Alfaz del Pi, which is known for being a quiet area, and close to the Norwegian school.
VILLA ODIN offers a well-sheltered outdoor area with a private pool (2m at its deepest), covered terrace with barbecue and an outdoor shower to cool off from the heat of the sun or before jumping into the deliciously warm summer water. You can easily park your car in a suitable space on the property, where you will find both sun and shade.
Inside VILLA ODIN you will find everything you need in terms of equipment for a stay for a maximum of 6 people. A spacious living room with wifi, air conditioning, streaming TV, good chairs and sofa and a great dining table. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, electric oven and hob, microwave and enough equipment to prepare your favorite dishes.
VILLA ODIN has 2 spacious bedrooms and a smaller bedroom. The master bedroom has its own attached bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed (150x200) with the option of putting luggage under the bed, ceiling and floor fans and good windows with blackout curtains. Bedroom 3 is a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (lower part 120cm wide), good window with blackout curtains and floor fan. In the hallway there is a single bathroom.
If you want to explore the surroundings, there is no problem. The buses to Benidorm or Altea leave from Alfaz del Pi, which is a 12-minute walk from the house. If you have a car, Albir is around 14 minutes away. Furthermore, Alfaz del Pi can be recommended for exploring a bit. There are great restaurants and a good number of cozy cafes and supermarkets. Every Friday the market close to the Norwegian club in the center of Alfaz.
So here you will find a great starting point with privacy that can fit your budget.
And yes, you can of course bring your beloved dog!!!

Further information
-The rent includes bed linen, towels, water and wifi.
Additional costs:
-Final cleaning €75 in cash upon arrival.
-Electricity consumption €0.35 per kWh, based on consumption and daily price
-Deposit €350
-Late arrival after 8:00 PM is possible. If necessary, you will have to pay a small supplement, which is paid locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.
-Winter guests must pay a monthly energy deposit of €100 for more than 1 month of rental.
-We do not recommend more than 4 guests for stays over several weeks.
Pets : Allowed by prior arrangement with the owner for an increased deposit of €100. Damage must be replaced by the guests. The owner provides 2 dog beds. There is some gravel around the pool so dogs can pee there, but mainly dogs should be walked outside the area. There is a park nearby!
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
