VILLA PLAYA FLAMENCA:
This beautiful villa is located in a complex around 2 communal pools, easily accessible and sunny. A garden with various types of fruit trees. Located close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, fitness center and shopping center. The wonderful sandy beaches are a 20-minute walk away. The nearest is Playa Flamenca.
The villa is well equipped with all the necessary equipment you need for a perfect holiday in sunny Spain. On the first floor there is one bedroom with one double bed and one cot. There is a spacious living room that was converted to sleeping, has one single bed, and two sofa beds with mattress 135/190 cm in size and can possibly be used by two children from three to nine years old in each bed.
On the third floor there is one master bedroom with one double bed with bathroom and balcony. There is 1 bedroom connected to the master bedroom where a bunk bed is placed. This bedroom has no door separating the master bedroom. It may be possible to have 11 guests, but normally 9 guests. A total of 7 beds distributed over 3 bedrooms.
The kitchen / dining room and living room are on the second floor. There is a veranda, where you can sit and enjoy the sun all day long. The bathrooms are on all floors.
We have a veranda on the top floor which is connected to the bedroom, where you can enjoy the sun privately. There is a veranda on the ground floor where you can enjoy your coffee while relaxing and listening to the birds sing.
The neighborhood is safe and secure and very friendly neighbors.
The house is close to everything. Restaurants and supermarkets are only 200-500 meters away. It is a Scandinavian shop that sells Norwegian products from frozen to fresh bread. It is approx. 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest beach (Playa Flamenca beach) and to the largest shopping mall in the city, La Zenia Boulevard.
Parking:
There is a free parking space for the guest approx. 20-30 meters from the house. We can send information and a picture of the exact location after you have booked the villa.
Other things worth noting
1. Guests are allowed an electricity consumption of 200 euros for four weeks. If the bill exceeds the limit for the amount, the guests must pay the excess according to the applicable rates.
2. For long-term rent for a maximum of 1-4 months, there will be additional costs for the electricity/water/internet bills which will be paid every month. We will send invoices/receipts after calculation and it will be deducted from the deposit.
3. The hot tub does not work. It is not allowed to fill up the hot tub with hot water because the water tank cannot hold all the necessary water for the large hot tub. Using too much hot water can damage the water tank. We had previous guests fill the bathtub with hot water and it damages our water tank.
Damaged water tank due to the guest's negligence will be charged for a new water tank and installation.

• Final cleaning € 130 in cash on arrival
• Electricity consumption € 0.42 per kWh, based on consumption and daily price

Energy deposit in the high season (July-September) for more than 2 weeks' rent: the deposit is increased by €100.
Pets: allowed
• with confirmed booking:
o Contract with all (payment) information and the rental conditions will be sent by email
o 30% first payment of rent within 1 week
o Final payment of the balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival
o In case of cancellation AFTER the first payment, the amount paid is retained
o In case of cancellation WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid is retained
