Sofa bed in the living room with the possibility of accommodating 2 people in the living room, so there is room for a total of 8 adults.
It is also possible to rent a cot and high chair. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine.
The house is on one level and has a large roof terrace with nice views. The property has an idyllic garden of approx. 250 m2 which is tiled at the front and has artificial grass around the pool at the back (sunny side). Barbecue is available.
VILLA TRONSETH has its own swimming pool of 8x4 meters. The property is fenced with walls and gates. There are beautiful hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. Sports center with communal swimming pool nearby. In a 30 minute drive you can reach no less than 8 golf courses. 600 Mbit wifi and possibility of chromecast to TV. Several playgrounds in the immediate vicinity.

Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Final payment of the balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If you cancel AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place
